We know that life doesn’t always follow a perfect travel plan, and sometimes things change. That’s why we offer flexible options wherever possible.
In most situations, if you’re unable to travel on your original start date, you can place your trip on hold and resume it later, without being penalised, while you take care of whatever is holding you back.
You may also have the option to switch to a different trip or destination, or transfer your booking to a friend or family member, subject to availability and booking conditions.
If you need to cancel your trip entirely, cancellations made with at least 84 days notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be provided as store credit, which can be used towards any other trip or experience we offer, including selected third-party tours. This credit is valid for two years from the date it is issued. Full terms and conditions are available on our website.
